With over 30 years of experience in the education space and hundreds of happy clients all over the world, Susan Fitzell is internationally considered an expert in learning and development.

Susan has published sixteen books on learning, teaching, and business practice. She holds three teaching certifications, a master’s degree in education, and has earned the designation of Certified Speaking Professional from the National Speakers Association. She is also a certified trainer for the Myers-BrigsType Indicator, and a certified coach and trainer for The Culture Works.

On a personal level, Susan has earned a black belt in Kickboxing, is a student of Kung Fu, and the proud mother of two adult children who are the inspiration for her work and business.
